Risks

To laugh is to risk appearing the fool.
To weep is to risk being called sentimental.
To reach out to another is to risk involvement.
To expose feelings is to risk exposing your true self.
To place your ideas,
your dreams before the crowd is to risk being called naive.
To love is to risk not being loved in return.
To live is to risk dying.
To hope is to risk despair, and to try is to risk failure.
But risks must be taken because
the greastest hazard in life is to risk nothing.
The person who risks nothing does nothing,
has nothing, and becomes nothing.
He may avoid suffering and sorrow,
but he simply cannot learn and feel and change
and grow and love and live.
Chained by his certitudes, he is a slave,
he's forfeited his freedom.

會接觸這遊戲是卡卡早在日版封測時，就曾玩過一陣子。他相當的喜歡

所以當課業壓力較為緩和後，他便帶我重新接觸台版的大航海。

寫到這裡..特別想感謝卡卡，因為他的用心良苦，使我在初時玩航海時，

便體驗到冒險的樂趣及刺激處。不同於有些人的入港證是靠商業聲望取得

每張入港證都是按部就班，解著主線任務，慢慢拿到手。特別有成就感:)

不得不說大航海的製作相當細心，每個冒險的任務的內容都經過考究。

卡卡跟我在過程中時常邊解任，邊google尋找相關史料，好似挖寶般，

滿載而歸，套一句會長VI丁常說的話：常保好奇心，航海樂無窮
。
